JDRM has a current staff of forty-eight employees: twenty engineers, nine of whom are registered Professional Engineers, and two Registered Communication Distribution Designers. JDRM is located at 5604 N. Main Street in Sylvania, Ohio (a suburb of Toledo) and is ideally located to serve Ohio and southeast Michigan. The firm maintains professional registrations in twenty-two states.

JDRM Engineering, Inc. was formed in 1995 with the merger
of principals, staff, and business interests of separate mechanical and electrical firms. The separate firms had a close history of collaborating on projects since 1959, and the four principals have worked together since 1976. Many of the staff has fifteen years or more work experience with JDRM and the previously separate firms. The principals' combined design experience of over one hundred twenty years contributes a solid base of knowledge to support a staff organized to furnish complete and quality design engineering for the construction industry.
